I find a note from Donovan upon waking, detailing the plan to discredit the photographer by using Scott’s computer skills (basically Photoshopping present and past works). An hour prior to Scott’s hearing, I receive a call informing me of when it is, so I head downtown and attend that. Legal things ensue, and Scott is released on $10k bail (the prosecutor wanted $200k bail). Rather than pull the money from Donovan’s stash, I use my own money to bail Scott out, and after he collects his things (except for his car) we head home.
Come home to find Danielle on the porch, locked out of the house. I apologize and let her in, then bring her up to speed as to what’s been going on. While she and Scott are talking, I take a look around for Sandy to see if she’s still there, and end up finding her in Donovan’s bed – with Donovan – both naked. I close the door and say nothing about what I’ve discovered.
A little while later, I hear Sandy trying to get my attention without alerting anyone else. I get her out of Donovan’s room and into mine, get her some clothes and inform her that I don’t know what happened to her, and to distract her from last night’s events that she was about to ask about, I tell her Scott got arrested. She immediately goes to console him.
After a bit, I suggest she should call her roommate to let her know she’s okay. While she’s off to do that, I hand Scott my car keys and tell him to drive her home. Once they’re gone, I go lay down to get more sleep. Before I can get to my room though, I get a notification ding, and it’s a mail from Donovan, explaining what he did to Sandy, figuring the embarrassment factor will keep her from talking (basically he splashed her with vodka and stripped her and himself down to make it look like they’d slept together).
