He’d lost of the amount of times he’d put his pencil down to examine the picture he had been drawing the past few days. Initially, it was going to be manga style. The more he went about drawing it, however, the more realistic it became. He wondered idly as he began to do some shading as to what Jett or Brandon would think of the picture. He’d show them eventually – he had a feeling Brandon especially might be appreciative. In an effort to keep it secret, he only worked on it while he was in his room – somewhere he hadn’t been as much over the last couple of days because he was trying to be supportive for Trish. Today though, he wanted to work on the picture some more, hoping to present it to his boys, or at least Brandon, later that night.
At this point in time, he was working on putting detail on the face of the character, trying his best to go from memory, as it was based on a real person. He’d just finished drawing in the features when there was a knock at his door. “Come in.” he called, closing his sketchbook as he did so. The knob turned, and Jett came in, closing the door behind him.
“You’ve been locked up in here all day. Everything alright?” Jett asked.
“Yea. Just working on a piece.” he responded. Jett smiled.
“Do I get to see it?”
“It’s not finished.” Jett pouted a little. He never realized he did it, but he did, and Lucas found it one of his more adorable traits, and could rarely resist it.
“Okay.” he said, flipping through the book. “Just remember that it’s not finished yet. I have to finish the face and add some color.”
He folded the spiral notebook over once he found the page, and handed it to Jett, who looked it over with interest, though didn’t comment right away, which made Lucas worry a little. After several minutes, he handed it back. Lucas took it from him, and set it on his lap. Jett looked thoughtful for a few more minutes, then put a finger on the page, at one specific piece.
“Those look kind of like Brandon’s tentacles.” he commented.
Lucas nodded. “That’s what I was going for. If you recognized them, I take that as a good sign I did well.”
Jett pointed to the woman being groped by said tentacles. “Is this supposed to be anyone in particular?”
“Let me finish the face first, then you’ll see.”
Jett nodded, and sat back on Lucas’ bed, getting relaxed as he waited patiently for his lover to finish the finer details. It seemed to take a while, but that was because Lucas was being painstaking on the detail. “Finished.” he finally said, and handed the notebook back to Jett after he sat up. Jett looked it over, and gave a smirk. Now he had questions.
“That’s Mandy, isn’t it?”
“Yeah.” he said, rubbing his upper right arm out of nervousness.
“I sense a story behind this. Want to explain?”
“You’re not mad?”
“Just intrigued. A little amused as well, maybe.”
“Okay. Well…since the other night, my mind has admittedly been in the gutter. I keep thinking back to the scene she and Brandon played out for me to see if I would get jealous, and I think of it going further then that, and watching. It interest me on a level I can’t explain.”
“I noticed you took an interest in her – mostly after she put on her school uniform.”
“Yea..” he said sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head.
“It’s nothing to be ashamed of, Lucas. I promise, I’m not upset.”
Lucas smiled, and Jett continued. “Did you have this interest just the other night?”
“Well…I think it may have started before that.”
“When?”
“A while ago. Before her stalker came to town even, I think. Anyway, we were all over there, playing spin the bottle for kicks. Trish kicked it up a notch, and she and Ilyana started going down on her – us guys just watched. None of us were about to complain.”
“And you never told me.” he said, chiding him mockingly.
“I didn’t think anything of it.” Lucas continued. “I never thought about it again until the other night when Brandon was flirting. I honestly wanted to see Brandon get the better of her. Hell, a part of me felt hopeful when he brought the tentacles out – hence the pic.”
“Lucas, it’s okay to be attracted to a woman.”
“But I’m not attracted to them. Not usually, anyway.”
“I’ve been with two women in my life. My wife, and Jacqueline. I only ever loved one of them – the other was out of duty. Suffice to say, sex with a woman can feel good – I just happen to prefer men, is all. The same could be true of you.”
“Maybe.” Lucas said, and reached for his colored pencils, blending a deep purple and black together to get the color for the tentacles.
“Do you want to try?” Jett said, once Lucas had gotten all the tentacles colored in. Lucas didn’t respond right away. He put the purple away and took to coloring her clothes while he through. Jett was patient, letting him think as much as he wanted. Besides…he figured if he couldn’t get the answer out of Lucas, Brandon could.
“No.” he finally said, but Jett detected something else in his tone. He waited until after Lucas had finished the flesh tone before speaking again.
“Would you, if it were Mandy?” That gave Lucas pause. His pencil hovered over her eyes in the drawing, and after a minute, he started to color them in, paying special attention to their detail. He mumbled something as he did so.
“What was that?” Jett asked. Lucas didn’t respond until he’d finished.
“She’s the only one I’m interested in, so…yes.” he finally admitted. “But I’d want you or Brandon or both to be there – I don’t know what I’m doing.”
“I’m sure she’s more than capable of telling you.” he said quietly. “But if that’s what you want, you know I’ll support you. Brandon would too.”
“Yeah, I know.” he said, looking at his finished product. Now that it was colorized, he was very satisfied with it. “We just have to get her and Brandon on board.”
“I don’t think Brandon will be a problem.” Jett said. “It’s her we’d have to convince.”
“Yeah.”
“Don’t sound so downhearted. We’ll talk it over with Brandon tonight and go from there, ok?”
“Ok.” he paused for a minute, then timidly asked “You know how I’d like it, ideally?”
“I admit, I’m curious.”
He looked down. “Ideally I’d like to see Brandon seduce her, pin her…get her ready.” he said, speaking quietly. “I’d want him giving me some instruction.” he looked up at Jett, and quickly added “Not saying that you don’t – ”
“No, I get it. Brandon has more experience. Lucas, I understand. And again, I promise I’m not upset. Hell, I’m happy for you, and would love to watch.”
“Really?”
Jet nodded, then leaned over to kiss him. “Really.” he carefully took the sketchpad away and closed it, just as carefully, before setting it on the desk. “Now come here and work off some of that pent up energy.”
Lucas smiled, all too willing to comply.
